At Hyderabad Pickles, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place:
1. Returns
- Unopened Packages: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement. The product must remain unopened and in its original condition.
- Opened Packages: Once the package is opened, we cannot process a return due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds or Replacements
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace the product or issue a refund after verification.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method after approval.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

4. Non-Eligible Items
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.
- Complaints raised beyond 24 hours of delivery.
